Important booking information

Before confirming your booking, please be aware of the following key details to ensure your stay meets your expectations:

  • Maximum occupancy is 4 persons in one double and one twin bedded room.
  • The minimum stay is 2 nights.
  • Arrival and departure dates and times can be agreed when booking.
  • There are no payments to be made before arrival.
  • Prices are agreed when booking and vary by the number of guests and bedrooms to be used.
  • A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival.
  • Rental payments are to be made by cash or bank transfer upon arrival.
  • Sorry, we do not accommodate pets.
  • We do not accommodate children under 12.
  • This is a no smoking establishment.
