Prices range from £490 to £770 per week, daily rates available. (inclusive of heating, lighting, linen, towels, & basic items: tea, milk, bread, butter, toilet tissue, shampoo, etc.).

Important booking information

Before confirming your booking, please be aware of the following key details to ensure your stay meets your expectations:

  • Maximum occupancy is 4 persons in one double and one twin bedded room.
  • Generally stays range from 2 to 10 nights.  Long stays can be discussed.
  • Arrival and departure dates and times can be agreed when booking.
  • There are no payments to be made before arrival.
  • Prices are agreed when booking and vary by the number of guests and bedrooms to be used.
  • A refundable damages deposit of £100 is required in cash upon arrival.
  • Rental payments are to be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer upon arrival.
  • Sorry, we do not accommodate pets.
  • Sorry, we do not accommodate children.
  • This is a no smoking establishment.
  • To book you will need to be over 21 and be able to show proof of identity upon arrival (a driving licence will do). 
  • Detailed terms, conditions, will be emailed to you. 

Cancellation policy and refunds

We understand that plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations and refunds:

  • There are no cancellation fees as payments are only taken upon arrival.
  • Refunds for early departures are possible if payments are made in cash.
